What is the name of your state? I live in Pennsylvania. How does POA work when selling a car where the elder has lost/forgotten where the title is, no insurance and no license.
Also, how do I as POA sign the checks for the elder?

Go into your user CP, enable Private Message (PM), and send me a PM. Due to all the fiduciary abuse, I prefer those that steal from the grantor (person who grants the POA) get caught.
