Does a POwer of attorney have the right to restrict visitation of grandparents to family members?
POA granted to the youngest daughter by her father 10 years ago, she doesn't get along with all of her siblings. She was reported to adult services that she hasn't been taking care of both parents, taking food to them on her days that she should and not taking them to the doctor for appointments. Then she took both parents out of their home and put them in a care facility and not tell anyone where they are, it's been 2 months now that no one has seen or heard from them. Then we just found out that she sold their car and home. What can we do, Adult services says they can't do anything.
