What is the name of your state?NJ I have POA of my mothers home, I want to sell to pay medical bills. Mother doesn't have any assistance to pay bills. I want to sell home to my niece. Is there a set a law as to how much I should sell the house for. It hasn't had any repairs done for over 30 years.

While there is no set law requiring you to sell at a specific price, unless you have a current appraisal of the property you could be subject to elder abuse statutes.
Therefore, I would strongly suggest you get an appraisal and sell for that price or a reasonable price based on the appraisal.
