What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I live in a small town outside of trenton, recently i have been the target of multipl traffic offences that i did not commit. I am aware from sources within the PD that i am a target due to things that have happened at my house;

At one point an officer drove on my front lawn creating ruts in the lawn, i called the pd an complained and demaned something be done, ever scince i cannot drive down the street without being followed or pulled over.

Id like some advice where i go and wht i do to take action in this matter
