Question: Can police officers/detectives obtain/recommend arrest warants with very little or circumstansial evidense ?

I suspect that they will used the ploy of engaging one's self consciense and hope a confession is obtained.

Response -
Kind of vague - what's your idea of "very little" evidence (this is the correct spelling, by the way)?

Oh, I doubt that.
By the way what'd ya do? You can tell us, we're just here to help.
We can't really help you with your problem until you tell us what it is now can we? Of course not. No sense carrying that burden all alone, we can help you. I can tell by your post that whatever it was, it's really bothering you, so just go ahead and tell us what it was, so we can help you with it.
(All work and no ploy makes Jack a dull boy)
