What is the name of your state? Utah

First post. Im a little unsure as to whether or not this is the correct thread(if not if a mod would move it i would appreciate it).

Here is the situation. Not that im a prude or anything but everyday as i leave or come home from my house. There is a police officer parked in the same spot same officer for hours and hours and hours in a church parking lot. Now Im not ignorant enough to think that seperation of church and state applies to this scenario. However I am bothered that he sits in this parking lot by a light on private property for hours and hours. This has literaly gone on for MONTHS. And its EVERY day. I cant help but wonder if there is something i can do to just have him move. Heck I dont care if he's on the street right there. But it just doesnt seem right that he sits in the church (which im technicaly a member of) parking lot and doesnt have anything more important to do with his time.
Is there any sort of misconduct in what he is doing?
Thanks!

Nothing is being done wrong...
Report it to the local police department if you are so bothered by it...

The church may ask him to leave, you cannot. It is not misconduct until and unless the official representative of the church asks him to leave and he does not leave and has no legitamate reason to stay. (Parking and writing reports would not be such a reason.)
