Police questioning immediatley after injury

Auto accident, seatbelt on , Airbag knocked the crap out of me, mild concussion bleeding from the head eventually transported to hospital via EMS.

QUestion. Is there any administrative law or police procedure in Florida that states that if you are injured that they must get you medical attention quickly instaed of holding thingd up and taking time to make you answer questions as part of the accident investigation. Still not OK and am curious if they should help me out with Doctor Bills etc as I am going frequently and my doctor finds it unacceptable that they didnt have me transported to the hospital ASAP becuase of the risk of airbag poison and general head trauma .
