What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

Do police officers have a right to search a dwelling ( Tool Shed behind house ) without my consent and no search warrant. I have eight witnesses that saw them enter the dwelling and can I press charges against each officer for tresspasing.

A tool shed is not a "dwelling" if no one lives(dwells) in it.

It depends on why they were searching the shed. Have you asked them?

If it was an unlawful search, the general result is a suppression of the evidence. If nothing was seized, then there really is little recourse other than complaining to the agency ... which, of course, is only worthwhile if they violated law or policy.

And "trespassing"? Not gonna happen.

Why were the police there looking in your shed? Was there someone that had just fled from them and were they searching for that person? Did you just lead them on a pursuit and they figured out where you lived?

While it may be considered curtlidge depeding upon proximity, usage, etc, I tend to think there's a big chunk of this story we're not being told.
