i have a friend who wants to know if she can take out a life insurance policy out on her ex-husband. she has 2 children by him, 19 and 16 . she lives in jersey.

I'm a Northern Girl
Certainly she can, if the ex-husband agrees to it. She cannot do it without his consent, however.
