What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington state. There is a cattle operation nearby in an elevated area. During the rainy season the runoff from the cattle fields runs into a ditch that eventually ends in a stream and into our local lake. Does the Clean Water Act address this? Is there a law to require the owner to divert the runoff? The department of Fish and Wildlife has tested the incoming stream and it is polluted. Thanks.
