pool building delay

I apoligize if this is a duplication, I posted previously, but cant find. I'm having a pool built. contract states completion date of 8-28. it was aprox 60% done on 8-28. i expect completion around oct 20 now [if all goes right]. contract does not stipulate any penalty for being late. anything i can do?

Unless the contract says something all you really can do is complain to the Better Business Bureau.
