i was at friends house when the dea knocks on the door saying taht they got an annomous call saying that he was selling drugs out of his house. the dea came in and searched the whole house and all the cars. the found a baggie that contained methamphedimines and they questioned everyone, there were about 7 people there. no one claimed it so they decided to arrest everyone including me.during there search they didn't find any thing in my possesion or in my car. they took me to the juvenile detention center, and when i went in front of the judge they said it was possesion of cds - but cocaine instead of meth. so iwas wandering since i had no drugs on me or in my car can i beat this charge? and how? also if i cant get it dropped can the fact that the baggie contained meth, and they put cocaine on the paperwork, is there any way that i can use that misfile for my benifit?
