What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? washington state

My girlfriend was paid back two 5$ bills when she lent someone gas money. I picked them up went to the casino tried to get a voucher and the were fake. Trible security took them an asked if they could search the car? I said yes, knowing I did not know they were fake. They did find a sawed off shotgun that I got because my house was broke into twice. I also told them who I got it from. The car is leaglely owned by my girlfriend every thing in here name.
I have now been charged with possession. No prior felonies.
Is there a loop hole beings my girlfriend did'nt give permission to search the car and what is the sentencing for first and class c felony?

What does this have to do with employment and/or fringe benefits???

But to answer your question, no there isn't a way out of it. You gave permission to search the car. No one can guess what the judge will issue as your sentence.

These are questions you should ask YOUR LAWYER which you are legally entitled to even if you can't afford one.
