What is the name of your state? Tennessee. In Feb, 2 mon. later, mom left her husband and tried to get bio-dad back for about 2 months.Then she started going a little wild, living with her friend, chasing after other guys.The baby was with dad or her ex's family most of the time.Now she is living with a guy and still married to the other one( neither is baby's dad).She says she is pregnant by the last guy(not her husband).
She has lived 3 places since Feb.Baby stays with her dad well over 50% of the time, unless mom gets mad because she doesn't get her way.Then she says he can only see the baby when the papers say.
Dad is in a stable home and works everyday.Mom doesn't work, never has ,and has moved a least 8 times since the baby was born.Baby is only 17 mon. old.Dad has joint legal but not physical.
What would the courts think about this mess?

Could it be reasons for a possible change in custody?

Dad documents times he has the baby , also when her ex"s family has the baby. No baby should have to live like this. Mom is only after $$.it is like a bad soap opera. Please give opinions.

~~~Sure there are reasons for a change in custody. Dad must file a petition to modify a change in custody...and show proof that mom is unfit.
