A well known video game company has released a video game for PC that does not work for most of its users. On the game box and website, it clearly states what the minimum computer requirements are to play this game. When you play the game, there is so much lag, it's actually like watching a slideshow instead of real-time graphics/movement, etc. It is deemed unplayable by over half of the gaming population. When you contact support, even though you meet the minimum specs to run the game, they tell you to upgrade and keep referring to a certain name brand graphics card which costs hundreds of dollars to put into your computer. (Maybe a scam?) When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one, and told me the problem was with my computer and not their game. It normally wouldn't bother me that much, but they charged me over $50 for this game. It's odd, because I can play other games of the same genre but when I attempt to play theirs, it's unplayable. This has left thousands of users really angry. Is there anything we can do?

EDIT: Sorry, just found out i gotta post that I'm from West Virginia.

In order to enact a class action lawsuit you must do the following:

Gather up about $100,000 or so. That is just to get things started.

Find enough folks that have been adversely affected by this product.

Wait 3 to 5 years for the lawsuit to finally be brought to trial.

Gather up another $100,000. The lawfirm chief attorney needs a new boat.

Have your day in court.

If you win, you get your $50 back and expect the company to continue what they have been doing.

If you lose, you are out a whole bunch of money and expect the company to continue what they have been doing.
