Hi There,

I was in wonder if somebody out there could give me some advice with this case. I appreciate your time in advance.


I made a purchase from this online company. They told me to wire the money over to an account in Miami, FL. I talked to the manager after sending over the money (I do admit it was foolish on my part). He was supposed to give me the tracking number after sending the package. He told me he had sent the package and I was supposed to get it yesterday. I haven't received the package yet. Since last week I have made numorous calls. I have left him few voice messages since yesterday but he hasn't returned me phone calls. He also didn't bother to respond to my emails. The website is still up and as for "Contact Us" it gives two addresses one in Miami FL and one in CA. I'm going to wait a couple of more days to see what happens. But in case it is a fraud, what can I do? shall I hire a lawyer? The money is $4300.

Wire transfer

The money was wired from my account to an account in Bank of America in Miami. This was per their instructions in the email they sent me after I checked out the items. Thanks!!!
