ok i live in missouri i have a company that has been contacting me about a loan i apperantly took out sometime this year i have never recieved a loan in my life because of my credit
these guys say i owe them over 5,000 for the loan and the legal fees i emediatly was suspicious so i started checking in to them
heres what i know about them
the company they say they are has recieved calls about this they now nothing of the lawsuit the number is unregistered somewhere in texas they always show up on my caller id as 123456789 which my phone company says is a computer i thought lawers called from regular phones
after this i desided to see what it was all about i call them today and asked them to send me all the paperwork on the case they refused saying they would only send it to my lawyer and that since i hadnt pay the loan i supposedly got that they were going after my old place of buisness which sounds totally stupid to me and totally illegal i told them i had a right to see the paperwork on a case against me and they told me i was misinformed also at one point the guy on the phone started mocking me when i laughed at something he laughed right back at me
this all sounds really stupid and like a scam can someone tell me what to do i cant afford a lawyer i know i did nothing wrong and there is a scam going on like this apparently in florida from what i found

ok i was finally able to contact us cash advance and if anyone else recieves a call about the apparent loan and you have not gone to us cash advance IN PERSON then you have a scam on your hands call the company make sure you dont have the debt just in case then call back the supposed lawfirm and get as much info out of them as you can phone numbers addresses names everything then the FTC is requesting that you contact them and your attorney general with the information everyone from the FTC to the FBI is looking for these people hope this helps someone or allows you to help a friend who has a similar issue
