My fiancee and I cannot afford a lawyer, well I could since I am still a ward under my mother, but I would perfer here first.

This started back in 2003 when my fiancée, Chris when he was dating a girl named Stephanie. He was seventeen, she was eighteen. Stephanie was very promiscuous having met her on a few occasions
One night, Stephanie phoned Chris, asking him to come over where she threw him down on the bed.(Chris was a lot smaller than her at the time by at least 50 lbs, she is a heavyset girl.) and tried to rape him. Chris punched her in the nose and left.
After the break up, Stephanie started claiming outrageous things, such as and I quote, “went to go make me tea, drugged me and the next thing I knew, we were having sex.” Chris apparently broke up with her three months later though they were dating for less than three months.
Sybille: How long were you two dating?.
Stephanie : three or four months i believe
Sybille: And that happened after the first month?
Stephanie : we were jsut acting like friends and such second went fast and such then thrid he wanted to break up with cause he did not want to go to prom with me
She has told this claim to countless people, and told me in a conversation that, “o really well guess what its not going to work. I will get my revenge on him soon enough I already talked to my close friend already “ My assumptions are the rumors that are yet to follow, especially with this:
Stephanie : i knew once i got back in wisconsin and he knew about it he would start this **** with me like everyother ex
Sybille: He doesn't know you are back.
Stephanie : hmmm
Stephanie : once he finds out i am back hes gonna flip
Stephanie : if you want you can tell him i have been in wisconsin for a month now and see what he says but i got protection from a friend of mine right now
Stephanie : but if he wants to take revenge on me tell him from me to him to meet me at node on north ave and see what happens
Chris has not contacted Stephanie. It is a long story how I got in contact with her, but all the information she told me was freely given over instant messenger. Chris has not seen her since she graduated, mind you and told me to stay away from her.
Stephanie also blames Chris for her supposed abuse in her future relationships, claiming to be abused and her ex threw her up again a house. Leaving her with a permanent bruise on her back which I have never seen and it claims it “twitches constantly.”
Stephanie confronted Chris a little over than a month ago in person, saying he was calling her a whore though I live with him practically and he has no friends who knows about Stephanie. She claims she heard it through her siblings.
Now a few days ago, when Chris told her to cut this crap out, she told him that it was just his opinion what happened and that her friends told her what was going on. I was right next to him when she said this. Chris said that she slept around in high school, and she promptly hung up on him.
Tonight, I find out from her boyfriend in Ohio that she claims that Chris is calling have having other people call her house and calling her a slut. Then there is one she said that he is giving guys her number and having them call for a good time
Again, not true since I jotted down Stephanie’s number and it is in MY call records on my cell phone, not his. I can even check his call records. I have almost every conversation saved and can e-mail it if anyone needs to review it.
I will admit, I did take a low blow on her looks a few minutes ago after a heated conversation that goes as follows:
Sybille: Wait. So what is Chris doing?
Stephanie : this is her friend she went to bed
Sybille: Has she said anything about her ex boyfriend Chris to you?
Stephanie : she said that he is stressing her out
Sybille: Other way around.
Stephanie : she said bull****
Sybille: I do not know who is calling, but rest assured it is not Chris.
Sybille: We don't have time for pettiness. I'm sorry this is going on, but please do not blame Chris.
