And what if he doesn't?
If he doesn't well... nothing happens. I'm just scared something will happen. I've been on other support sites abs forums and even a ask a lawyer site and they say I did the right things (which is important) and I should be okay. But my mind and body aren't listening to me when I say "nothing will probably happen and you will probably be okay."

It just really freaks me out because what if this person tries to flip it on to me and accuse me of wrong doing??
You appear to have done all you can do at this point.

IF you are accused of “wrong doing” (a very big IF) and police come knocking at your door (highly unlikely), that is the time to worry. You should answer no questions and you should contact an attorney for assistance.

From now on, I suggest you live your life offline.

Are you saying the most likely occurrence is nothing occurring?

And yeah I have learned my lesson and I intend to see a therapist. I don't know how to handle this mentally and almost feel traumatized by this whole thing.

Based strictly on what you have described here, yes, I believe that nothing will come of your online activity.

Seeing a therapist is probably a good idea.

I promise I'm not a troll, I'm just not mentally stable right now. I will get out of your guys hair for now. Thank you for all the suggestions and assistance. I'm genuinely sorry for any unnecessary spam/inconvenience I may have caused.

Reading between the lines since the OP was deleted...

Reddit is a cesspool but the r/scams and r/sextortion subs are worth perusing for a few minutes each day so you're informed of the latest scammer tricks. They're getting better (or worse depending on your point of view) over time. Most of the people who fall for them just lose money, but some become unwitting money mules and end up prosecuted for money laundering.

Otherwise, middle schoolers should be forced to write "NEVER SEND PICTURES OF YOUR NAUGHTY BITS TO ANYONE" 1000 times in cursive so that the lesson sticks well into adulthood.
