Post 341 pre discharge can I still surrender???

We had our 341 last week. I am wondering if I can surrender my 98 expedition even though I originally stated that I intended to reaffirm it?

no. The only reaffirmination agreement that I signed was for my neon.

so then of course my next question would be how soon do we have to wait until we aquire another vehicle. After discharge? We are pondering giving up the Expedition because of the high car payments, high insurance, high gas consumption.

There's a lender for everybody. You can get a car loan a day after discharge. Just be prepared for nosebleed interest rates.
