I had a discharged chap7 BK in 2003. I got a copy of my credit report yesterday, and I notice several of my creditors that were included in the BK are still reporting to the credit bureaus. One of whom I KNOW for sure knows that this debt was discharged, because they tried to file suit against me (had me served and everything) and I called their attorney to give them ch7 BK case number. This was a couple months ago, yet they reported as of 1/2005. I realize I should have called my attorney regarding this first violation, but I didn't. Now, I'm really mad. What should I do?
