We signed a contract to purchase a condo, but when we got the contract back from the seller, he had post-dated his signature by several days. There are time-sensitive clauses in the contract related to when the contract is executed, and because of the post-date a key clause could expire. Is this legal (post dating like this)? Can I argue that I executed the contract when I signed it, irrespective of when the seller signed it?

**A: yes, you can argue and the question we have is where are the Realtors in all of this?
