Can someone please tell me where I can find/get a copy of post-judgement interrogatories?

At the courthouse. They give you a list of questions in the form for Post -Judgement Discovery in Aid of Enforcement of Judgement.

Then, go to the bottom of the page. You will find an area called "Post-Judgment Collection and Garnishment Forms". Click on the down arrow and you will find the forms in PDF format.
