What is the name of your state? florida
i received a "notice to designate which assets or wages are exempt from possibly being seized pursuant to a post judgment writ of execution. this is from a law firm and the plaintiff is a credit card company (capital one) what exactly does this mean, and what information do i have to supply them? if i were to ignor this, what will happen? i don't have anything that they can take as i live with my daughter and only make 6.50 an hour working 30 hours a week. my car is leased and there's 12.00 in my account.
the court that this is from is from another part of the state where i used to live, but the law firm is local.
thank you for your advise....

That notice is for you to claim your EXEMPTIONS from the judgment, so you'd best NOT ignore it. Are there any instructions inlcuded that tells you how to claim your exemptions and what they are ???

If not, I suggest you call the courthouse and find out if there are forms you can use.

You can find a list of the exemptions here;
