What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Federal

About 11 months ago I was subject to a federal search warrant in which my computer hard drives and digital cameras were taken. The charge on the search warrant is NOT something I am guilty of at all. I have some past abuse issues that have led to a type of sexual addiction where at that time I basically pretended I was a female online and chatted with adult men. The charge involved enticing a minor across state lines but I was the pretend minor and I only chatted with adult men and never sent, received, viewed, or traded any type of child porn (and it was not listed on the warrant - the warrant was basically for original pictures of the ficticious girl and for emails between that ficticious girl and other men). The agents wanted to assume my female online personas and I consented to that and signed paperwork allowing them to take over those accounts.

About a month ago, out of the blue, I received an email from the agent apologizing for the long delay in returning my property and that he would get it back in about 2 weeks and asked where I would then like it delivered to. My concern is that 2 weeks has turned into a month and I do understand that 2 weeks in government time probably does not mean 2 weeks in real time but should I be concerned? There are no illegal pictures of files in my cameras or computer.

THanks,
