My wife has a Gov. Mail contract.She has no fed. benifits.
The postal service does pay her.
is she a fed. employee ? 2nd item
she was charged with throwing away
mail circulers, & mail. The fed. officer who charged her, told her she wasn't in any trouble.So he didn't have to read her Miranda rights.She has never been in trouble . He told her if she wanted a lawyer she could get one, but it wasn't nessasary . Anyone with advice-please email [email protected] Thanks !

My wife has a Gov. mail contrac.She is not a fed. employee!but she was charged with throwing away mail.under title 18,sec.1703 .the fed. officer tricked her into signing a confession, he didn't arrest her so he didn't have to read her Miranda rights .He told her she wasn't under an arrest that he just wanted to talk to her.But unknown to her she was indited in fed. court.
