A friend of ours has medation tomorrow- They are asking for joint legal custody
Question are
They want to know- Can they request a doctors office that both parents MUST sign a paper for mom to get child medical treatment- father pays insurance *(mom has frequent medical insurance abuse with another child) Mom tends to go to the doctor for everything snuffles, runny nose you name it- Then she gets scripts and DOES not give it to the child.
