What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

i take pictures of my daughter's soccer games and post them on my website. once they are posted and a link sent to all the coaches(they forward to their team) and i explain that they can right click and save to get the pics for free. there is also a purchase option on the site. until now in unlocked galleries. now all are locked but i still want to display my work in a slideshow.

someone, who hates me, complained that i needed a release for for every child in every photo. impossible at a soccer tournament. there was ONE pic(out of thousands) of her daughter's back and number in an action shot. i was totally within my rights to take the pics but i need to know if i am allowed to publicly post and sell them. 5 professional photographers tell me that i am well within my right to do so but i NEED it in writing to shut this women up.

just to cover any poss questions:
1. all pics were taken on town/county property.
2. none of the pics are available for commercial use.
3. in the gallery there is nothing to indicate where/who they are unless the teams have their club/team name on their jerseys.

thanks

k
