What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV
The father of my daughter has recently posted pictures of my daughter on facebook. I don't like this.

She is 7. I have custody, he lives in Georgia and sees her less than once per year...we separated when she was 13 mos.

I am very protective when it comes to posting pictures- I do not participate in the online "Facebook" and Myspace" sites.

I am very uncomfortable with him posting pictures on a site where anyone can view them...

Any legal grounds to demand they be removed? Or am I being a little too paranoid? I would not have a problem if he uploaded photos onto a site where only family can log in to view them. I just do not approve of them being on a public website.

How do you know if Dad has posted any pictures on these sites if you don't use them? Are you aware that most social networking sites have privacy settings that allow you to share only with friends/family/friends of friends/the whole blinkin' world? Have you asked Dad about his privacy settings on those sites (in a non-judging manner)?

No. you have no legal grounds to demand that the pics be removed.
As the father, he has every legal right to post pics of his child.

A FULL posting Hx is an ABSOLUTE MUST!!!!
You mean like this:
No, no typo there. Marriage duration was 19 yrs, total alimony duration is 10 yrs, under 7 to go.

Originally, spousal support was to be 33% of AGI (adjusted gross income), with a minimum of $5000 and max of $12,500. She reacted to our petition for sole custody by demanding a FORENSIC AUDIT of our finances, claiming we were hiding money...not true.

SO, because custody batlle legal fees were mounting (over $50,000), we agreed to flat fee of $7250.

Currntly, this sum amounts to 70% of his total income. Until recently, when we got custody, we were also paying $1860 in child support...

We are currently considering cashing out part of a 401k just to pay her alimony.

Did I mention she is deliberately unemployed?

There is no provision in the SS Order for Cohabitation or Modification.
Where SHE got custody of her HUSBAND's children and SHE is paying alimony to her husband's ex wife? She also refused to answer any of my questions in that thread.

Or here where she thinks she has some legal say in her husband's ex-wife's house:
Short Sale Against My Will?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nevada:
My husband cosigned on his ex-wife's mortgage a few years ago (she had no credit-it was for the kids' sake). A year later, she was late on the mortgage, so we paid it to keep our credit up. She was not managing her money well, so we went to court and got an Order by the Judge which states that we can pay the mortgage if she doesn't, or is late, and deduct it from Alimony the next month. By the way, she receives $7250/mo. in Alimony and the mortgage is about $3100/month and is current.

We recently discovered she is trying to "Short Sell" the house, even has a buyer, for $200,000 less than the mortgage payoff! We have notified the Bank that we will NOT agree to a Short Sale (as it would hurt our good credit), and, because we have a Court Order to be able to take the mortgage payment out of Alimony, we feel there is no compelling reason to do so. She is entitled to another 6yrs of Alimony.

She says she is going to push this through anyway and even threatens to take us to court?! What CAN she do? Does she have any legal arguments that would force us to eat this house?

We are considering taking over this house in exchange for her foregoing any more Alimony payments. Good idea?
