Could I be Sued

Guest
I'm considering a web site that would involve rating service businesses (doctors, real estate agents, car dealers, or the like). This would be standard stuff like give your opinion and rate them on a 1 to 5 scale or something along those lines. I've not seen this done, as most rating sites tend towards products (am I giving away the business). :)

My question is twofold. First, how do I minimize liability in regards to nuisance lawsuits? Second, is there potential real liability in this type of thing, and if so, what basic steps can be taken to minimize it.

There is no vision of big bucks here. In fact, it's for fun, so I'd hate to get blasted while having fun.

Thanks for any help.
