What is the name of your state?CA

Does a pourover will in probate get added to a living trust and become part of that or is it a seperate issue altogether? If I was excluded in my father's trust does that me I have no issue in a pourover will? I am an only child.

It's a separate issue--pourover will only claims property that may have not been previously titled and puts it into the trust.

Were you specifically disinherited by name in the trust?

If not, and if you have access to a copy of the trust you need to take it to an attorney to see if you have grounds for contesting.
