Power of Attorney for Vehicle Title Change

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I am currently financing a car with my ex father-law-in and he is willing to get off of the title/registration but he cannot physically be with me to do it. He is ok with staying on the car loan just want to get him off the title/registration. I to go to AAA to do this but isn't there a power of attorney paper he can sign so he doesn't have to be with me in person and if so where can I get the paper online? Thanks in advance for any responses.
