About a month ago we got pre-approval from a mortgage company to buy a home. We had a home to sell and continued to ask if there would be no problem because if there was, we just wouldn't sell. Mortgage company stated everything looked great was beautiful. We closed on the selling our our home yesturday and was due to close on our new home tomorrow. Now the mortgage company states they ran into problems (which they knew about from the beginning) and may not be able to finance. We are out our home, Would the Finance company be responsible. What are my legal rights. Our contract on the house we are buying has had the clauses removed. Are we in legal trouble if we don't close tomorrow? PLEASE HELP.....
