20 years and an ex government employee. I likely will seek employment elsewhere since I do not like being e - mailed with "hey" as an opener and the reviews of the company on job posting sites by ex teachers are the same complaints I have, "Management is terrible.".

That's casual, not necessarily incompetent.

But it does seem that you would be a poor fit.

You refer to "company" and not "school." Might I guess that you applied to one of those online tutoring services where you are paid piece work? If so, I don't blame you for being irked. Most of those places are, at best, crap, and, at worst, scams.
