What is the name of your state? Minnesota

I used to be coverage by MCHA, however, that coverage is stopping and I am swtiching to my father's insurance (I am a full-time college student), which he only obtained in February. I am have a heart condition, and I need to see a cardiologist soon. My father's insraunce is a group plan through Blue Cross MN. I was covered by my previous insurance for one year, and there is no gap between the two insurance coverages. I was looking online and came across this http://www.bluecrossmn.com/bc/wcs/groups/bcbsmn/@mbc_bluecrossmn/documents/public/mbc1_bp_large_group_notice.pdf describing the plan for special entrants. I am confused by this document, and cannot decipher whether or not I will be subject to a preexisting condtion clause. Can someone help me make sense of this? Thank you.
