Would you recommend Pre Paid Legal if you are concered about getting sued?

If so, any recommendations on how to select one or who to pick?

There are a few good, solid prepaid legal services out there. But a lot of them are simply MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) devices wherein a person pays into the program and then is expected to go out and 'recruit' other members.

If you do decide to take advantage of this type of service, be sure you do NOT get conned into being an 'affiliate'.
