texas: landlord of my office building filed for bankruptcy, 83 days prior to filing, we negoitiated our lease. attorney for bankruptcy trustee wants to void the lease due to preferential treatment/transfer to get me out of the building so that it can be sold. does he have the "right" to determine that the lease agreement that we both signed be voided. please advise.

What is "preferential treatment/transfer"?

I understand how he can sell the building more easily if it is empty, so let him buy you out.
