can get a divorce from my husband. We have been apart for 6 months and I'm 2 months pregnant with my boyfriends baby.

if you are claiming that the child is not your husbands and your husband is not going to argue that it is then you shouldn't have a problem.

if your husband thinks that the child is his and he wants to push it, there is the possibility that you will have to wait until the child is born.

i was 2 months pregnant when we separated (it was his). we had to wait it out. this was MO too.
