i live in florida. the company i work for has been trying to fire me for about 5 months (i am 7 months pregnant). this time they are not allowing me to sit down. they want a drs note. and after they receive that note they will adjust my schedule for when i can work. so if the dr writes i need to sit after working two hrs. i will only be scheduled for two hrs. Today was the first day of hearing this, i needed to sit after a couple of hrs. they sent me home. i go to the drs in two days so i didn't have a note. Please Help!
