What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CALIFORNIA
Ques - What happens in case a Full time employee is pregnant and is advised by her doctor to work 6hrs rather than 8 hrs. Can we move that employee from salary status to hourly status? And do we continue paying the med. insurance which is only for full time employees?
I would really apprecaite if some light can be shed on this?
