What is the name of your state? CA

My sixteen year old daughter wants to move to Missouri with her nineteen year old boyfriends family once her baby is born. I have several concerns about her moving out one of which her not being close to family or friends for any type of support she may need. My question is she still considered a minor even though she is having a baby? Can I keep her from leaving? She has told me I can't stop her.

"is she still considered a minor even though she is having a baby?" Yes.

"Can I keep her from leaving?" Yes.

"She has told me I can't stop her." She's wrong.

I became a little confused when the doctors office no longer needed my signatures for consent. Even more strange is my medical insurance is the one covering for all services.

What do I do if she threatens to leave or leaves anyway?

Call the police and report her as a runaway. The family that she wants to go stay with can also get into trouble. Whoever transports the girl across state line could also face charges.

Now go get a pen and draw some hair on your a$$! Your the parent and she's the child.
