I live in the state of Texas. I was told since, I am two months pregnant with my husband's third child, we cannot get divorced until after the baby is born. Is this the truth? If so where do I find this law and is there any way around it? We have been seperated for 9 months and he has been living with another woman for 8 months. Is there anything I can do to make him pay child support now?

What are you waiting for? Divorce and child support are two different cases. By all means get him in court and get a child support order!!! They will base is (maybe) on the 2 children y ou have now. I would go for alimony too depending on your state and how long you were married. Then after the baby is born, he will probably stall and ask for a paternity test (no big deal) he has to pay for it, then they will up the support to include the 3rd child. You need to get an order set up with visitation schedule and custody established. The divorce can wait, you need to get these things done now.
