I have been with my girlfriend for about two years in Denver and just recently I found out that she is here illegally. She moved here with her family when she was a baby on some sort of a student/school visa. The visa expired after she graduated from high school and the visa was never renewed. Her and her family have been here ever since living illegally in the US. And if that isn't hard enough I just found out she is pregnant. I have absolutely no idea how to make her a citizen or how to handle the pregnancy. I love her and I'm going to take care of the baby with her. She also has no family or friends in Mexico. Nobody to help her and nowhere for her to go if she is to go back to Mexico. Which makes it very scary for the both of us. But I need to know any way she can become a citizen and if she can get some sort of health care while pregnant without being deported to Mexico. Any thoughts or opinions would be helpful. I just have no idea what to do and how to go about any of this.

Find out if she ENTERED the US lawfully or not! This is the most critical issue at this point. If she entered lawfully and can prove that entry, then if you marry her, she can apply for a green card on the basis of marriage. If she entered unlawfully, then there is really not much that can be done within the US under the current immigration laws.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or how I can be of further assistance to you in this matter.
