Premises/Property Liability Legal Question ?

I am trying to find information on property/premises liability for if someone gets hurt on my property. I am trying to figure out a document I can write or other things I can do to take the liability off of me that they sign when they come on the property. Any ideas? Suggestions are helpful, but I'd really appreciate a link to the actual law from a .gov website, which I have been searching for and can't find.
