HI,
I had a H1 petition filled by my employer under premium processing. Its abt 14 days past but no response from INS yet. Can i contact the INS thru emails mentioned for premium processing case holders ? Is it legal or only my employer can ask abt status from INS?

You should probably have your employer or their attorney contact USCIS regarding this, since this is really their petition and you are only a beneficiary of this petition.
