What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Prenup done in ND, now living in NV.

If there was a verbal agreement after signing the prenups(neither shall commit adultery) and if so the prenup will be void , neither having an attorney. One party broke the verbal agreement. How do you go about making this legal?

Consult a local attorney. My opinion is that its probably not possible to make the verbal agreement stand....but you really need the opinion of a local attorney
