Does anyone know where I might get a model for a simple prenuptial agreement?

The parties do hereby agree that the husband (insert name here) shall provide for the wife (insert name here) and upond dissolution of the marriage give all worldly possessions, bank accounts, stock certificates, dogs, cats and boxer shorts (without holes or stains) to said wife.

Prenuptial models

You guys are effing hilarious.

But he wears jockey shorts, rather than boxers.

At the end of the day (or the marriage, as it were) a prenup doesn't really amount to much does it? I'm told that they rarely ever hold up in court, even for really wealthy, very well represented people, let alone a couple non-lawyer mooks writing their own. It's just that having one would make us feel better now.

I checked out that website, by the way, but when I found my sister on there, I figured it as all phoney....
