What is the name of your state? IL

PriceLine expects users to agree with all of their rules when 'naming' a price for airfare. The only way to obtain the discounted fare is to purchase blind flight times and stopovers. Who has the flexibility to take whatever times they give you? While attempting to book a flight for a Thursday through Monday trip I 'bought' a roundtrip flight that doesn't arrive until 10 PM on Thursday and departs on Monday at 6 AM. That removes two days out of a 5 day trip.
I've been happy with the rental cars that I have gotten through PriceLine because they ask when you want to pick up and return the car.

They ask you to agree to all their terms and conditions (accepting flights between 6 AM and Midnight) before you send the named price. Is there no 'out' for consumers who get flights that simply don't work? What happened to the idea of having 72 hours to back out of a contractual agreement with no penalty?

Needless to say, upon phoning their customer service department, I was read the fine print that supposedly clears them of any refunds.

Help!!!

Of course there's no recourse. As you said, before you can submit the price you've named, you have to agree to their terms, which includes agreeing to overnight flights. You did this, then clicked, and got exactly what you agreed to accept.

Chargebacks with a credit card company will not work with Priceline. They are very specific in their Terms of Use, and very, very few people win charge backs. Those that do win are people who have booked a hotel that is not rated properly on the site.

You're SOL, and it's not Priceline's fault.

Priceline Policies

I never buy Priceline air tickets for precisely the reason you outlined; however, their deals on hotels and rental cars often work out just great.
