I have a motorcycle shop.
I buy genuine Harley Davidson tshirts.
I print my shop's logo on the back.
I sell the shirts.
Have I infringed on H-D's trademark?
The shop is in Japan. The shirts come from the US/Australia. Just trying to get an idea of U.S. laws on this.
Thank you in advance for your time.

My response:
You can contact the Harley-Davidson corporate counsel, below, and ask them about Harley's "International Copyright" and inform them of what you're doing with the T-Shirts.
