I have a situation where the homeowners association of our community sent me a notice for a dues delinquency to my home. No problem. The next thing I know however, is when I received my newsletter which is sent to all homes in our association. My address along with a few others is listed on the front page as being past due. Not only is this embarrasing, but I feel like they violated my privacy by doing that.

The question is, isn't that a violation of my privacy to publish that in a newsletter to all residents?, and what can I do about it.

I know it is not the end of the world, but I am curious about this.
